From founding an industry chapter to designing youth spaces, these are the organizations and programs our studio invests in.
Our Interior Design Studio Lead, Danielle Nowak, founded the NEWH Detroit Regional Chapter and serves as its president. NEWH connects designers, architects, manufacturers and operators across the hospitality industry, and the Detroit chapter brings that network and its programming home to Michigan.
The She Built Foundation inspires girls to see themselves as builders, today and in the future. It engages kids and their communities around the magic of building and opens up a universe of skills and careers. Our team proudly serves as ambassadors.
Since 1926, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southeastern Michigan have been a safe space for youth to learn and have fun, while building the economic, cultural and social capital they need to become career, startup and homeowner ready. We have designed Club spaces across the region, including the new Club at Michigan Central Station.
The future of the profession should look like the communities it serves. Through our Interior Design Industry Club, student mentoring and industry panels, we introduce young people to design careers and support emerging designers, inside the studio and out.
